How does billing work?
Plan selection, approval, recurring charges, trials, and cancellation are managed by Shopify App Pricing. No off-platform charge is required.
What happens at the monthly limit?
New uploads pause until the monthly allowance resets
Do failed or duplicate uploads count?
Usage counts after a valid source is stored and accepted into the processing queue. Invalid sources and upload rollbacks do not count. Processing failures, repeated uploads, merchant deletion, and retention cleanup do not restore usage.
Can I cancel?
Yes. Manage or cancel the plan through Shopify. Access continues through any remaining paid period shown by Shopify; retention and deletion obligations continue after cancellation.
